"Disciplined equals Freedom."
Dwayne started off his fitness journey at 15 years old due to him being an overweight kid.
As he grew older, he started to explore different style of training. From kickboxing at 17, to rock climbing at 21 before finally transiting to BJJ & MMA at 22 years old.
While exploring, he started to discover fulfillment in helping others reach their fitness goals too. By combining his diverse background, he is in a unique position that understands a wide spectrum of training styles and can offer the one best suited for each person.

Another philosophy that I currently live by: "Comfort kills progress."
"There comes a point where kickboxing felt comfortable, hence I decided to throw myself into the deep end to sign up for sparring. I didn't win my first match, but it marked the beginning of a mindset shift at that point: real growth only happens when you step into discomfort.
Six years later, I have become more confident, more disciplined, and more accountable to yourself. That accountability is why I still compete today. It keeps me honest, focused, and continuously improving.
This is the same philosophy I bring to my clients:
You don't need to feel ready to start.
Progress happens outside your comfort zone.
With the right support and accountability, you can achieve far more than you think.
