"Find comfort in discomfort"
This philosophy reflects my own fitness journey. I was once overweight and genuinely disliked exercise, especially the feeling of sweating and being physically challenged. I know what it feels like to want to change but lack the confidence, knowledge, or motivation to know where to begin.
Through consistency, I gradually learned to embrace discomfort rather than avoid it. Along the way, I discovered that exercise transformed more than my physical health—it built my confidence, discipline, resilience and mindset.

Having been on the other side, I understand the self-doubt, uncertainty and frustration that can come with starting a fitness journey. I know how intimidating exercise can feel when you are unfamiliar with it, and how difficult it can be when progress feels slow.
My goal is to provide the guidance, patience and support I once needed, helping clients build confidence, develop sustainable habits and discover what they are capable of. Find comfort in discomfort, embrace the process & build lasting change.
