"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard."
Esther began her sporting journey in secondary school, where she joined Judo as her co-curricular activity (CCA). Although the sport was new to her and presented many challenges, her perseverance and commitment paid off when she won a Bronze Medal at the National School Games.
While pursuing her studies in Sports Management at ITE College Central, Esther took up Olympic Weightlifting through a program established by the National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI). This experience broadened her exposure to different sports and deepened her understanding of the distinct demands each discipline entails.
During her diploma studies in Sports and Exercise Science at Republic Polytechnic, Esther was introduced to sports coaching as a core module. This allowed her to gain valuable experience and practical knowledge in coaching both athletes and the general population.
Esther was further exposed to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) during her internship in polytechnic. Through this experience, she developed a better understanding of the technical and physical demands required in this martial art.

Another philosophy that I currently live by: "Comfort kills progress."
"Over the years, I have explored various sports and overcome different challenges to meet their unique demands. These experiences taught me the importance of consistency and hard work in achieving both fitness and life goals. They also inspired me to help clients reach their fitness goals and be part of their journey toward better health."
