Khai spent 11 years in Education as a Physical Educator before transitioning into teaching Fitness and Health. He believes that when one embarks on a physical practice, the aim should always be towards improving one's self.
Always a student of movement and moving as best a human can, he is certified in Physical Education and Sports Science (NIE/NTU), is an ADAPT Level 1 Parkour Coach, a MovNat Level 1 Trainer and a Level 1 Animal Flow Instructor. Khai finds satisfaction in seeing individuals reach their better versions of themselves through new habits embedded in their lifestyle through physical practice and play.
