planning ahead

As the famous saying goes: by failing to plan, you are planning to fail.
Plans are important for success, but so is adaptability. Here's a short article of our take about nutrition planning.
“Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now.” - Alan Lakein
Let us add that “doing something about it now” means being more prepared for the future, which brings us to the last topic for this week.

Planning Ahead.

While we know that plans never always go according to how we want them to go, planning is still important.
1kg of fats is 7700 calories. Now if you want to lose 1kg in a month, you need to be on a calorie deficit of 1,925 calories per week (7700 calories / 4 weeks), which is 0.25kg / week.
Ok, we are just showing off our math 😂

Point is, you do have to plan your food intake to maintain balance.

For example: If you are having a buffet this weekend, so you will consider eating more vegetables and proteins during the week.

or if this is your birthday month, you will RELAX and go back to normal food intake the next month.
Plan, while staying on point ladies 🤗
