Unsurprisingly, the amount of sleep we need decreases as we grow older.
Isn’t it interesting that we need lesser sleep when we want it the most?

Although there is an optimal level of sleep, it is also found that some people do well with 6 hours, while others may need 9 hours.
The point we are trying to make is, adequate sleep can be highly subjective, and it is about finding a good balance so that you can function optimally.
