Vincent started personal training since 2010 and had competed in bodybuilder and physique competition over past 10 years. He uses his experience to guide his clients and helping them to achieve a better habit and lifestyle. He has been specialised in:

"Getting the body you want and keeping it requires more than just a goal. It requires long term changes in habits and lifestyle. Without this everything is short term. My approach to training aims to arm clients with the necessary lifestyle, mindset, training and nutrition habits to foster long term change.
 
Individuality is a key factor to my approach. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Everything has to be tailored to suit the individual in a way that is sustainable and engaging."
