Yes! It is possible with eating more of the RIGHT types of food. You DO NOT have to deprive yourself of your favourite food. I repeat, you DO NOT have to deprive yourself of your favourite food! In recent years, society has gravitated towards “CLEAN” eating as we become increasingly affluent. Salads and acai bowls are appearing in menus in restaurants and eateries.

What does eating healthy and clean look like to you?

Does eating clean mean eating steamed chicken breasts, broccoli, low fat yogurt in all your meals?
Does it mean eating natural and non-processed food only?
How healthy is low fat yogurt IF additives are added to make the taste more acceptable?
Biscuits are simple carbs with little nutrition value. Does this mean that you should shun them totally?

Many individuals associate weight/fat loss with eating as clean and restrictive as possible. Surely, there are some guidelines to follow in order to achieve a certain body composition. This is why you can still eat your favourite food for your fitness journey.

2. eat till 80% full when enjoying good food
