Our environment matters more than we think.
 
It is hard to eat right when your kitchen or house is full of junk food. It is hard to make decisions when your mind is thinking.

what’s in your surrounding environment?

It’s tough shaping your environment for healthier food choices, especially in an international food hub like Singapore.  In almost every turn that you take, you will see yummylicious food, temptations everywhere... However, it can all change.  Here are a few things we would like you to take notice of:

1. It starts at home

If it is at your house, you will eventually eat it. Keep healthy options near you, at your convenience. Place it somewhere where you can see, even if you don’t eat it. Keep unhealthy options away from you and make it inconvenient to retrieve them. Place it somewhere where it’s really really hard to reach, that you actually need a ladder to reach it (ok, I’m kidding on this one). Point is: see no evil, touch no evil, eat no evil.

2. Tackle your work makan place

Identify what food stalls/restaurant serves healthier options, give them a green tick. Buy from them. By now, you should know what the healthier options are. If you are facing a dilemma, reach out to us!

3. Think ‘human’ environment

Share your fitness goals with the few people you can trust and will support you. You do not need the naysayers in your fitness journey. The results will speak for themselves.
